If memory serves, there was a 2 seat concept saab back in the 1980's 
that had a fairly similar rear end.

It looks like an interesting shape and would be quite novel, but I don't 
see anything anywhere near that sort of car coming out of a GM run Saab 
anytime in the near (or not so near) future.
