Functionally, things _mostly_ work well in the car...but it's just the annoying and obvious corner-cutting GM embued in the car which make it lag behind its competitors. Just driving the car on a regular basis you come to two conclusions...1) it'a great car 2) it's built to fall apart quickly. The interiors materials/components do not inspire much hope they will last. And if they cut corners on the interior materials where else did they cut corners? By contrast, it's competitors (BMW, Volvo and Merecedes) have far better fit and finish materials. > Some of the recent talk about the 9-3SS performance and handling makes me > want to relook at these for a possible next car... The performance of this car is not in debate...it's really a load of fun to drive. If you opt for a used 9-3ss be sure to get the certified pre-owned warranty, you'll need it. - tex
