7/11/25 UPDATE:
I've been selecting more investments some of which are as low as 11% (with shorter terms like 9 monhts), but the results are still pretty amazing.
They changed the reporting from "Annual Percentage Yield" to "Average Coupon Yield" which is more accurate but shows a slightly lower (but still quite impressive) number.
2021-2025
319 Investments.
207 Fully Repaid with interest
0% Defaults
2.19% Delinquent (7 total) but still making regular repayments with interest (no pause on interest)
14.55% annual average return

I've now made 229 of which 130 are fully repaid with interest. More info below if interested in that kind of thing.
I've been a consistent and steady long-term stock market investor since 1991. I've gone through the dot com bust and the 2008 recession, but never panicked and just hung tight. These investments helped me to buy my original house and then to tear most of it down and re-build a new home. I've been exploring two new types of investments since 2018 thanks to new accredited investor regulations modernizations made by the SEC (see link in comments). One of these is Private Credit Markets which I've been invested in since 2021. I've made 229 investments with a 15.93% annual average return with 0% defaults and 1.31% delinquency (but still paying interest and not in danger of default).
