I won an e-bay auction for a 2002 9-3 4door and PAID for the car now the seller refuses to give it to me! what a creep and liar! I'll never trust e-bay again I thought the auction process was a legally binding thing? it's not the money I wanted the car! anyone know a good attorney in san Francisco? 'spose ' I'll have to sue him! Regards, Neil
