I came across a 78 900 3 door hatchback yesterday. The owner wants to give it away.
The car is quite dirty, but has no rust or body damage. The owner bought it new in 78.
The seats are not in great shape, but could be a lot worse off :-)
The car hasn't been driven is a couple of years; it's service history is unknown.
The engine was supposedly replaced at some point, but was "never the same" after that.
If anyone around the bay area wants it, send me an email. Thanks.

Sold my 9-5 Aero to my neighbor 6 years ago. Pretty cool is still get to see it
driving around... Well it developed a leak in a gasket somewhere in the engine -
oil continually leaks. Neighbor took it in and mechanic said it would cost a lot
just to remove things to replace the gasket and its probably not worth it. Looks
like they are going to send it to the crusher! so sad! if anyone wants a car for
parts - email me! Im on the westside of Cleveland, OH and will put you in touch

1990 Saab 900 for free. It's in very, very rough shape, water damage, rodent
damage, body damage, etc. Five speed manual. Grey in color. It's yours if you
can tow it away. Still looking for the title. Located about 15 miles west of
NG900 wheels - set of 4. Free to a good home! Bad home? We can talk.
From a 900NG SE V6. 6x15 alloy, 5x110 bolt pattern. Some road rash and some
minor scratching/wear on the inside (story below).
Only 2 center caps (the others might turn up in my garage). Paint peeled on one.
They sort of fit early 9-5s (non-Aero disks) and, I expect, 9-3s. (I had them on
my 2000 9-5 Gary Fisher for probably around 2000mi while saving up for new
tires, but the right front rubbed on the brake caliper in hard corners.)
Located in Colorado between Denver and Colorado Springs.
One Alpine CDE-136BT head unit. It came out of my 2002 Saab 9-3SE and to the
best of my knowledge everything works as it should (although I only played a CD
once). You can connect a phone through either bluetooth or USB and it plays
music through different apps including Spotify. It was in the car when I bought
it so I don't have the original packaging or user manual but it is available
online here: (Click Here).
will get: the head unit wired with a harness that will plug straight into a Saab
9-3 SE harness, a detachable face with plastic trim piece, and the plastic
carrying case for the face when it is detached. You would need to purchase a
metal mounting sleeve and the plastic piece that covers up the hole in the dash.
I'm only getting rid of it because I bought a head unit that is controllable
through my phone's screen. Since it is already wired for a SAAB I figured I'd
see if anyone here would like it.
