I have been bringing my Saabs to Jack & Teresa for over 20 years. I have always received quality evaluations,repairs and follow-up. If there is a problem with any repair, they will honor the repair and make it right. You always receive a call prior to any major work and any other hidden problems will be pointed out. You at least know what is wrong with your car. As a veteran Saab owner, you learn to fix it right and fix it early. Cutting corners gets you into trouble. Their new facility on Joseph Lowery Blvd. is quite nice and worth the drive. As a matter of fact, I now Live in Charleston, SC, a 5 hour drive, and S&J still gets all of my service work.
