Managed to find the real SAAB subframe removal tool. To get the tool to fit, my cousin ground down the aluminium on the side, taking care not to damage the steel subframe.

Subframe painted
It was tricky trying to paint the interior. I will have to touch up a few spots with a brush. I used a paint recommended by a local autobody supply shop. "Zero Rust" Auto refinishing. AR-62 Black. Urethane. No primer required..Direct to metal

Need to insert threaded end into wheel hub first, then connect to sub frame.

Alignment bolts
Many of the bolts are for fine tuning the rear alignment. As such, they need to be tightened by screwing the nut onto the adjusting bolt. (Not rotating the bolt)
