About Me:

True confession: We also own an `04 Honda Civic. Not a Saab, but a great little appliance nonetheless. Thankfully, our `93 Pontiac Grand Prix -- the "Mom quit driving" car -- is gone.

I design products for a little company that makes test equipment for optical fiber factories. I used to be a backyard mechanic, and after a 25 year hiatus have started working on my cars again.

Amateur radio operator since 1987 (WS7L). Both 900's have roofs drilled for permanent antenna mounts. I'm working up the nerve to drill Fluffy. Actually, the drilling is the easy part.
