Can you easily fit a new 9-3 Linear with fog lights?

The current model 9-3 Arc has fog lights but the Linear doesn't. Can you easily fit fog lights (you can fit them on almost any car if you are handy).
Specifically, is the bottom grille the same on both cars so that you just need to remove the side cutouts for fog lights or must you buy a new bottom grill if putting in fog lights?
If you need to buy a different bottom grill, I suppose that you could opt instead for bumper mounted add-ons like people did in the 80's. If so, where's a good place to put it?
Is the Linear pre-wired? If not, buying wires is not impossible.
