“Intermediate Service” when signaled by Service Indicator (maximum 15,000-miles or 2 years):
* Change engine oil and filter, using Mobil 1® 0W-40 Synthetic motor oil.
* Replace cabin ventilation air filter.
* Check lighting operation and alignment.
* Check engine coolant level, protection, and leakage.
* Check brake fluid: status and level.
* Check power steering fluid level.
* Check underside of car for damage and fluid leaks.
* Check brake pads.
* Check tire pressure, tread depth and wear.
* Check battery condition.
* Check wiper system and top up washer fluid.
* Check condition of drive belt and tensioner.
* Reset service indicator.
* Road test. Check performance of drive train, steering, and brakes, and verify tire balance. Check function of instruments and controls, including horn, windshield wipers, cruise control, and climate system. Note any noises or problems for correction.
“Main Service” every 30,000-miles (i.e 30,000-miles; 60,000-,miles; 90,000-miles; etc:
* Change engine air cleaner element.
* Check lighting operation and alignment.
* Check engine coolant level, protection, and leakage.
* Check brake fluid: status and level.
* Check power steering fluid level.
* Check shock absorbers and bushings.
* Check underside of car for damage and fluid leaks.
* Check inner and outer drive joint boots.
* Check ball joint clearance, outer and inner steering joints and rubber boots.
* Check exhaust system.
* Check fuel lines and fuel tank.
* Check brake lines and hoses.
* Check brake pads.
* Check parking brake function.
* Check tire pressure, tread depth and wear.
* Check battery condition.
* Check wiper system and top up washer fluid.
* Check condition of drive belt and tensioner.
* Check lock cylinders, lubricate hinges and door stops.
* Check safety belts; operation and visual inspection
* Check airbag system, SRS warning lamp, visual inspection.
