New Tires (sorry for the length)

Advise...please no one ever buy the Continental ContiTouring Contact tires for their SAAB (15"). They are not safe. They came standard on my '04 Linear. We just got our first snow storm in Boston and they are horrible. It's the first time I ever "lost control" in a SAAB. I noticed this when also driving in the rain during the summer. My question is what type of tire I should buy. I want a great all-season. I can't afford to purchase snows and another set for dry weather. I had Dunlop D60A2 on my SPG and seemed to do quite well in the snow and dry. Any suggestions? Also, what about going up to a 215-60-15. Right now tires are a 205-60-15. I need to get new ones one ASAP. Thank You David
