I fixed it yesterday. I was in the car, held my arm over the window edge, tried to raise it with the switch, held the window down, and it reset.
I'm not sure if it was due to a random issue, or tied into the recent stereo upgrade I had (which has been a nightmare...the system keeps cutting out, though it sounds amazing when it works!)and some kind of electrical short that caused the pinch protection to get out of whack.
Needless to say, the calibration method in the owner's manual worked perfectly after this. If it does it again, I'm going to think it is an electrical short of some sort.
Cheers,
Paul H.
