The manual says the car can run on 100% Ethanol?... If so, I apologize for being wrong. Since E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gosoline, if the manual says the car can use 100% ethanol safely (as well as 100% gasoline) then obviusly it can use any combination of the two - including E85.
I am still very surprised. I did not think Saab built cars capable of 100% ethanol until just this past year with their BioPower engine.
