You haven't had much response to your question, so I'll toss out a thought or two. First, most cars are prone to a few groans and squeaks when starting out in cold weather. Materials contract in the cold, and clearances open up. Oil in shocks is cold and less resiliant; bushings are stiff; tires may be flat-spotted from standing parked. My experience is that a mile or two gets things up to temperature and the squeaks, bumps, and growns go away. Some cars exhibit less of this characteristic, and I suppose you perhaps wouldn't detect it in a Lexus.
Second, my 03-9-3 did a little of that; generally cleared up as the car warmed up. At about 35,000 miles, I got a kind of buzzy rattle in the dash on rough surfaces in cold weather. Neither I nor the dealer ever isolated the source, but WD-40 in the suspected spots helped. New tires made some difference, because of the cushioning effect of the deeper tread.
My 06 9-3 Aero is just slightly clunky over bumps on very cold mornings, because of cold shocker-absorber oil, I suspect. Clears up in a couple of miles. Otherwise free of unwanted noises.
