Yep, I'll bet you are resetting your memory settings. I have seen that a lot and do it sometimes when I get in customer's cars.

Here is an something you can try to be sure. Move the seat all the way back and down. Now set all three buttons to that position. Now once that postion is set, you should be able to hit any of the three buttons and the seat does not move.

Now put the seat in your normal driving position. Next time you hear the beep, try each of the seat memory buttons and see if they are still all the same. I'll bet they are not.
