2004 Saab 9-3 Aero- Brakes AGAIN?

So I bought a 2004 9-3 Aero last year that had 32K on it at the time. When I picked it up, the guy at the dealer had put new pads and rotors all around so that I didn't get hit with that bill any time soon (pretty nice of him). Now the car has 49K on it and I scheduled a service date for it for a host of other minor issues, but just last night I noticed that I am getting a "grinding" noise form the right rear wheel at times. This noise is even auduble without the brakes applied at times. Is it time for brakes already?
