You need a spark plug gap tool, 3/8 rachet, a 3/8 extension, 8-12 inches preferred, and a spark plug socket (size 5/8" I think, but take your new plug to the tool store to check) , some anti-sieze, and it is nice to use a torque wrench, but not required if you are careful.
Check the Gap on the new spark plugs per the factory spec (it's in your owner's manual). If they are OEM plugs, they probably come pre-gapped, as do many other brands, so may not be reqd.
Remove spark plug cover from the valve cover. Disconnect plug wires. Unscrew each sparkplug. Make sure no dirt falls in the holes.
Place a very small amount of anti-sieze at the base of each new plug. Do not get any on the plug tip or the threads at the tip. Install each plug one by one. Tighten to 25 ft/lbs with your torque wrench. If not using a torque wrench, be very careful not to overtighten. You should feel the compression washer "seat" on the new plug, then stop there. If you overdo it you could break off the plug, or at least not be able to get them out the next time. They way to fix this is try EZouts, or do a top-end rebuild (not fun!!).
Hope this helps.
