Sirius Antenna Adapter

Got Sirius sat radio, including the direct FM adapter, for Christmas. When I attempted to install in my '03 9-3 convertible, I found that the radio antenna plug is not standard.
Any ideas on whether and where I can get an adapter from the standard antenna plugs to the Saab's? I'll need two -- a male and a female -- to get the FM adapter in-line.
Help appreciated!
