The higher miles might be "good" in that it could lower the price but most likely would have been due to highway miles which, provided regular oil changes, is less wear and tear than city driving (unless of course they were delivering pizzas 24 hours/day...probably not likely). Certainly worth asking about, though. I don't think its that abnormal for some areas (folks doing regular long drives between major cities). I have a 25 mile daily commute and that gets me about 17k per year. In high cost urban areas people ARE living much further out from the city to take advantage of affordable real estate.
If it's a manual be sure to scrutinize the smoothness of the 1--2 shift in particular to see how you like it (request to start it from cold engine). It will normally be "notchy" but hard or grinding/excessively diffcult shifts when warm would be a bad sign. IMHO the trans NEEDS to warm up before it works well (in ambient below 60 deg F) but you should get the full experience before you buy and decide if you like. I have not had any electrical issues with my 07 in over a year of ownership but I got the base model w/ heated seats as the only option. It has been reliable overall so far. Price should be competitive given than new '07's at end of year were going for about $5k to $6k off the list price.
