I have been having this exact issue for about 3 months now. For me, it seems as though it is the seat bottom material rubbing against the plastic that covers the mechanical bits on the side of the seat. I thought about trying some silicon or something like that, but I am reluctant to put anything on the seat material.
Also, because it only happens under a lot of pressure, I am not ruling out something in the rails or inside the seat.
I will try the dealer the next time I am in there.
