Don't feel stupid, most anyone that has been driving has done this at one time or another.
I doubt that one click on the e-brake applies any significant amount of braking, so you probably caused little or no wear. The e-brake on our cars is not a separate brake as it was on the NG900 and OG9-3, rather it applies the rear disc brakes mechanically instead of hydraulically as they are during normal braking. If did cause some wear, it's to the rear pads. I assume the parking brake "feels" normal and that you don't have any abnormal symptoms. I would check the condition of the rear pads next time you rotate your tires just to see how much life is left.
