Hello, been working on my sisters '00 9-3(I have a '93 9000 and a '94 900).......And her blower motor runs full speed all the time, switch shows that is is working on the ACC panel, but it doesn't changes speed and it runs even when the key is off. I pulled the fuse on it for now. Anyone have this happen to them before and where should I look to solve the problem?
