With that low miles, it seems like a great deal, but then most of those miles might be city miles so keep that in mind.
I just traded in my '06 9-3 SportCombi 2.0 T for a 2008 Aero SportCombi and I had very few problems with it, nothing major at all. Suspension bushings were a little noisy when it got cold, lumber adjuster broke, and window pinch protection needed to be reset and that's it in 3 years.
