My baby has been at the dealer for a month already because the temperature gauge reads "H" all of the time and the part, a new instrument panel cluster (#IPC-12768230) is, I kid you not, coming from Sweden and not due in until the END OF MAY! The car only has 20k miles on it and I am extremely frustrated. I am not sure if there is a real problem or it simply is a gauge issue, but nevertheless, I can't drive it. I have an issue lodged with SAAB Customer Service, but I have no confidence that the part will arrive at the end of May. What reocurse do I have? Technically, I am outside the NY Lemon Law guidelines (time and mileage) for a new car, but, there has to be something that can be done given the length of time the car will be out of service and the fact that it only has 20k miles. Any ideas?
