i have noticed that when i remove my key from the ignition switch that the little piece at the bottom of the hole doesn't spring up up or comes up very slowly i have also discovered that if the little piece at the bottom of the hole doesn't come up the doors don't unlock and the steering wheel lock doesn't engage. is this the part wearing out? do i wd 40 it or is this a dealer issue? thanks
