04 Aero brake caliper question

Hi all,
I have an 04 Aero 6 speed manual. I have the larger diameter rotors in the front and vented rotors in the back. One of my rear calipers is frozen. The part at the dealer is $270. I am looking for a cheaper option but this seems to be a dealer only part. Does anyone know a place to find these cheaper. Also does anyone know if a caliper for a Linear or Arc would fit. I think there 2 types of calipers for these, but I am not sure. Common sense tells me the Aero should have larger rotors then Linear and Arc...
Any help is appreciated
Thanks in advance
