I bought one on eBay. My independent shop was able to program it (it's important to go in with your car and with ALL YOUR OTHER KEYS to have this done, as they all need to be done together.) They charged me $42.00 for the programming. My local locksmith was able to cut the new "manual" key, using the old one as a pattern. They charged me less than $10 for that task, and it took them a couple of minutes. I believe the Saab dealer could do that for you as well. You should of course check to make sure that the newly-cut key opens your doors and your glovebox before you leave the premises, to make sure the job was done right.

I don't know about you, but I had to do this because the rubbery stuff on the manual part of my old keys (the part where you grip the key) was turning to sticky gunk with age...and it's only a 2005.
