The driver’s side Bi-Xenon projector bulb has been turning a deep shade of purple over the past week. Is this color shift due to a ballast problem or is the bulb failing. For the past year it was a minor color shift until the bulb warmed up. Now it never changes back to pure white. Both lamps use the original bulbs. I am assuming that they are D2S bulbs. E-Bay has brand new OEM D2S Philips HID bulb 85122 German (Osram) bulbs for $65 a pair...... What do you think?
