You will probably have to take the steering rack out of the car to remove it, unless you buy the special tool to remove the end.
The inner tie rod pivot is a sealed unit that is screwed onto the end of the steering rack, it doesn't come apart. It would be better to just replace it than trying to bend it straight, that can be dangerous.
The tie rod assembly is P/N 12804238 for 4-cyl and 93187485 for V6. Should cost about $80.
The special tool is a crowfoot wrench with the hex pattern of the inner joint, but you could do it with a big open ended wrench too.
There are flats on the rack that you have to hold against, but they are only on the driver's side end of the rack, so if the passenger side is bent you will have to remove the rubber boots from both ends to hold the driver's side with a wrench while you unscrew the passenger side joint.
Do NOT try to unscrew the pass. side joint without holding the rack from the other side, you could break the pinion gear where the steering column goes.
I had an '07 in last week that this exact thing happened, we ended up replacing the whole rack to be safe (and because customer's insurance covered it), the inner pivot bushing is plastic, and chances are good yours will make *click click* noises when it's back together and driving anyway.

DANGER DANGER DANGER::
Check the strut body and steering knuckle / upright and hub very very carefully that they aren't bent or cracked - the steering knuckle on the 9-3SS is aluminum, and could fail catastrophically if it's started to crack at the balljoint attachment or around the wheel bearing bore.
