I don't think TPMS was offered in '07, if it was it was a very rare option. They definitely will not work in an '08 or newer 9-3, but they might work in that vintage 9-5. I had a GRAND time getting the right sensors for my car last summer....
BTW, all the Swedish Saab sensors work on 433Mhz, but the newer 9-3 sensors have additional software in them that lets them 'self learn' to the car - no need to have them married with a Tech II or anything. Put them in, drive the car for 10 miles and the light goes off the next time you start the car.
