It just depends on your aptitude and tool supply. The xenons can be changed without tools. The right/passenger side is generally easier than the left. Once you get the large black rubber cover off the back you will see the xenon igniter (silver square). Twist it counterclockwise looking from the back until it pops out. Then you will see the spring clip that holds the bulb. It's tricky and some DIYers have broken things. The dealership where I work probably charges about $30 labor.
