Timing chain is difficult to advice on because it is a few cases here and there of the early engines (03-04) that developed problems with tensioner and subsequently timing chain issues so all depending on how much money you want to spend, it might be a good idea.

Serpentine belt and tensioner might also be a good idea if not done before.

Coolant thermostat could also be a good idea since part of its housing is loosened to replace the water pump.

It might also start to leak oil from the brake booster pump and that could be good to fix now. One of the o-rings cannot be bought because it is part of the complete pump and the shop has to get nifty in using another o-ring instead.

But every piece add to the total cost so you need to know what you want with this car.
