Since it is an 03 automatic I would drain the transmission fluid sooner than later but also find a shop that can do it and do a coolant contamination test of the fluid.
I don't know if the radiator has been replaced already but if it hasn't and if it have the problems with leaking o-rings at the transmission oil cooler pipes, it could damage the transmission quickly if coolant gets into the ATF fluid.
It takes a certain test kit to check for small amounts of coolant. Looking at the fluid and expecting to see strawberry milkshake is NOT enough test.
