FYI, only one rear fog lamp allowed in some countries.. Some countries only allow one rear fog lamp, and it must be on the driver's side of the vehicle. The reason is to not confuse the fog lights with the brake lights and to clearly denote the driver's side of the vehicle as seen from the rear.
Other countries allow dual rear fog lights with the rational that two lights make it easier to judge the distance to the vehicle when overtaking from the rear.
In the USA, either one or two rear foglights are allowed.
