Hey Kyle-
So by your post, I figure you already have installed the Halogen headlamp housings? Probably getting a headlamp leveling malfunction displayed on the SID if so. First, remove the headlamp leveling module from the I-Bus on the Tech 2 using the Remove Module function. Next, you need to remove the physical headlamp leveling control module from the inner LH fender of the vehicle. Last, reprogram/re-add the UEC for Halogen type headlamps, not Xeon/HID. The Tech 2 will squalk saying this is not a correct "factory" setting and will ask you to correct this but just hit ignore.
The bumper marker lamps are parking lamps, and should be on with the parking lamps. The bulbs tend to burn out sometimes, but also quite frequently the top of the lens housing cracks allowing water into the lens/burning the bulb out and rusting the bulb contact. The cracks are pretty evident if thats the case. If cracked, just replace the housing. Otherwise, just swap the blade style bulb out with new.
