Fluid leak in drivers side wheel well

I have a 2007 9-3 SC Aero
Getting in the car today I noticed a line of oil/grease spatter in the drivers side wheel well. The line of spatter is 4" inside the outer fender arch. The fluid is viscous and blue.
The car doesn't leak fluid when t is parked, but I wiped a section of the wheel well before Ii began driving and there was new spatter after a 20 mile drive.
Any clues?
