Our 2006 SC 2.0 with MT, 76K mi., has been pretty good too. Only issues were a wheel bearing and PS pump reservoir leak at 65K, sway bar links, and currently a fuel tank level sensor waiting to be fixed, all under CPO warrantee. Radio buttons crack in half, but they are simple to replace. Like J.M. said, the leather could wear better, but the seats are comfortable.
Our car had rattles too until sway bar link were replaced. Also the stock rear brakes are not the best, wear is accelerated by ESC system. We have replaced these pads twice. I have done the rear brake pads and much of the basic maintenance myself.
The car is super fun to drive, can get good milage on highway, has lots of utlity with the wagon body style, and is rather unique. Even in saab dense CT there are only a handful of these around.
