If there's a local shop that services trucks (you can spot them by looking for the 15 foot tall garage door), ask them to break them free for you. They other choice is noted above - a 3/4" breaker bar and a long pipe.
After you get them out, take the wire wheel to them to clean the threads - or even just replace them. If they're clean going in and tightened to spec... and maybe broken free and retorqued every couple years, you will be able to get them out.
Let's all note that in a stud/nut arrangement as most cars have, the part of the thread that counts is protected. On a Saab, it's guaranteed to rust. Some guys have converted to studs.
