What's a good price for a new basic 2011 9-3 combi?

Base model, 17" wheels, moonroof, auto trans. I know the warranty isn't valid, but I found a dealer offering the $36,850 list car for $22,850 and hinting they'll go lower. I just have no idea how to price this and neither do any of the major websites that I visited.

Wife is comparing vs an approx $12-13K gorgeous red 2006 combi wagon (similar base model features) locally with 63K on it (and no service records that I'm aware of).
