Early in June I hit a deer (or the deer hit me) with the impact being primarily on the drivers side front bumper/grill/headlight. Fortunately I was OK, also all metal body panels were OK. Ended up costing about $3K for repair at body shop (I'm in central NJ), including bumper cover, grills, spoiler, headlight assembly, radiator, a/c condenser.
At the time Saab was not out of bankruptcy and U.S. parts distribution was just getting reorganized, so I did some searching for part availability if the body shop hit a dead end. Turned out the only item I needed to acquire was the headlight assembly (xenon) that I bought direct from jim ellis saab in atlanta. The body shop was able to get all other parts, the hardest being the bumper cover (with washers) that they had to have couriered from NY (near albany I believe). As part of my backup search jim ellis indicated the cover and spoiler as available, don't know what situation is now.
If you still need help next week, I could contact my body shop (they are not open today) to see who they used in the albany ny area for the bumper cover
