The part number for the wastegate actuator is #55558625 $162.00. This is purely a mechanical part made from stainless steel and essentially keeps the wastegate valve closed unless the pressure gets to high and hence opens. You can tell if its broken if you reach down and grab the actuating rod and it is loose and clanking around. Hope that helps.
