TIS is not the issue here. I did have a short subscription sometime ago to update my card to v148. I'm just suspecting v148 does not have the option to force key "on". Only key "release". I think I had seen that key "on" on my earlier v143.
I'm not concerned about the SCL at this point. I just cannot start programming if I cannot turn the key at all.
I am using an original tech2. From what I have read. The CIM does not need to be properly divorced to be able to marry it to another car.
Also I have read that you can get a CIM to marry if you have v148 + TIS2000 which I have already tried on another car that was giving me security access issues with v143 + TIS2000.
