I've got 92k on mine and the shocks are starting to feel their age. Saab uses decent shocks so I don;t think too many people kill them in 50k miles. I think 100k is a reasonable number under normal circumstances unless you've got one that's obviously leaking. I'll likely go with either OEM (I believe SACHS is the original manufacturer) or Bilsteins. I've not had much luck with Koni's or KYB's on my previous Saabs in terms of life; only the OEM and the Bilsteins held up. My front springs were replaced under warranty at around 70k so they should be fine and I don;t think the rear springs are worn too much either. If the vehicle height is still correct the springs should be fine. Just my $.02, but I wouldn't choose Munroe's for a euro car; maybe for a Buick or similar.
