I can't see a new Saab OEM slave or Febi clutch master cylinder failing. I had them replace these two additional parts from my experiences in past, since these were not part of their standard clutch replacement repair. I was going to try and bleed the slave myself ( I have done clutches on classic 900 and have the mighty vac bleeder), but decided to have the car towed back to dealer and let them figure it out, since they did the repairs. In looking under car (this is my daughter's 2003 9-3 SS) noticed something hanging down from passenger front wheel area. There was a rubber bungee hook at one end touching ground and other end hook was attached by by fire wall. My guess is this was supporting axle when the removed tranny to do clutch and forgot to remove it. She was luck the dragging hook end didn't catch on manhole cover or seomthing.....
