All depending on your time (which you have little of) and needing it to work, I would farm out the rear spark plugs and coils to a Saab specialist that can also replace/repair the broken brake boost pipe at the same time.
Why not throw new plugs and coils in the front first to see if you get rid of the stumble so that you don't put extra strain on the catalytic converter from unburned fuel.
It is a costly proposal to replace all plugs and coils every 60K and I haven't had enough failures yet to warrant that when I replace the plugs.
You know the full 60K service the way I do it comes up to $1000.00 on the V6 Auto so adding $600.00 for coils on top of that is a tough sell.
Serpentine belt is just another headache story and you need to think twice about it since it entails removing right motor mount and air filter box and disconnecting a coolant pipe and replacing the o-ring to avoid leaks afterwards.
Don't event think about replacing the belt tensioner in short order since that is the most insane installation I have ever come upon. 2 bolts are dirt easy to get out, the third one you have to loosen the power steering pump which entails taking a crap load of stuff off behind radiator.
The pulley itself cannot be replaced without removing the tensioner body.
