If a 2.0L, check the mechanical vacuum pump for the brakes that runs off the rear exhaust cam, they tend to leak and make their way down to the bottom of the trans/engine.
If it is in fact a rear main, you may want to read into the procedure as its quite a lot to DIY. The rear main seal is not sealant, but an actual molded seal that is pressed into the engine end plate using a special tool to evenly guide it straight in onto the crank. Yes, replace the axle seals, torque converter seal and inspect the engine and trans mounts at this time too.
