Noise from right front suspension when turning wheel

Hello All,
When I turn my steering wheel at a stop from lock to lock there is a noise coming from the front passenger side suspension. Car is a 2010 Saab 9-3 2.0T with 105k miles.
The noise sounds like a bumping, thumping and isn't continuous. Kind of sounds like a metal ball not moving smoothly in a mount. It only seems to happen at slow speed while turning or while turning at a complete stop or while stopped and turning lock to lock. Kind of sounds like a spring releasing but popping. It isn't a cracking noise or screeching nose (like metal on metal).
I did a tire rotation recently and looked at everything. My spring isn't broken, the ball joints in the control arm are good and I didn't see any grease leaking from the tie rod end. Don't really know what to look for on the sway bar link ends. I am not seeing any grease leaking out of anything either or old grease stains.
As far as suspension goes, the only thing replaced in the front suspension has been the sway bar link ends on both sides at about 40k miles.
What do you guys think? What should I be looking to replace? Maybe an inner tie rod end? Thanks guys.
