Is the 2010 system the same as the 2008?? With Saab's bankruptcy you may be SOL trying to buy an updated Nav Disk for a 2010 9-3. If it used the same Nav System as the 2008, then likely other GM products used the same system too and you may be able to find an update for one of these other 2008 GM products.
Since aftermarket companies produce these disks they may or may not include the Saab vehicle applications in their fitment database.
Worst case, you may be buying a Tom-Tom or Garmin for less than the cost of the updated disk. Or go full aftermarket with a new head for the stereo system. See http://www/dot/installers/dot/com for custom fit installation kits.
