Hydraulic clutches are no more or less to prone to slippage than a cable or mechanically actuated clutch. All clutches are engaged by the springs on the pressure plate. The hydraulic cylinder is only used to release (disengage) the clutch so it has nothing to do with whether or or the clutch slips.
Yours does not slip for one reason only; because you drove it properly. Highway miles help, but there are folks out there that can kill a clutch is under 50k miles.
About the only thing a new clutch might do for you is to give you a smoother launch from standstill if you're experiencing any clutch chatter.
It comes down to how much longer you plan to keep the car, If you're planning on another 175k, you might want to change it sooner to get some enjoyment out of the new clutch. Otherwise I would just keep on motoring!
