The problem with this is that Saab superseded and upgraded the suspension to use 07 and up when changing out components on the older years so if you are searching for Saab genuine stuff, you end up with many conflicting parts and numbers.
What is the full VIN and the full product plate letters and numbers, maybe that will help sort through what you car had and need.
The spring number you were given is a package of two springs supposedly for a 2007-10 4D-5D B207 Manual with code 41.
